If you are looking for information on our “real world” meetings, then you came to the right place.
The Washington D.C. Comedy Writers Group formed in January of 2011. We needed a free and open meeting for anyone interested in any form of comedy writing. Five years later, we’re still going strong.
Meetings are held every Monday night at 8:30 PM. We meet at Judy’s Restaurant, 2212 14th Street NW Washington DC 20009. If you take Metro Rail, we are on the Greenline and the closest station is U Street.
We are only closed for four holidays each year: Memorial Day, Labor Day, the Monday before Christmas and the Monday before New Years Day.
